Lalit nath goswami filed complaint against Paytm Business Merchant Account on May 4, 2024
Hello sir, i have created my paytm account and name in the paytm already exist. And i update my kyc and the name remain unchanged. My real name on my document is lalit nath goswami but the name displayed in account is sanjay kumar mandal. And apart from paytm i created paytm business not for business purpose but the just trying the business payment features and after creating account i continue doing transaction using this business qr and when i want to change the bank account it does not happen due to mismatch the name of real id with the paytm name. So i request you to help mr regarding this ASAP
