Paytm Business Merchant Account - Amount is deducted and not credited

Anonymous person has sent **** to my scanner, and that person has raised dispute to my Paytm account so they have deducted total of **** on **th February and ** February and *st March. Which we haven't noticed as the customer the came and asked us we sent his **** back through phone pe
Later we noticed amount is deducted and not credited to back account so we rejected the dispute and attached screenshot, but they didn't refund and asking for invoice which is not present as customer didn't buy anything from us. Later we contacted customer and asked if amount get credited to them will they return they are okay with it, we accepted the dispute, so we lost dispute but still amount is not credited to customer it's been more than a month we have been waiting for resolution
