No Broker - Rent Amout withheld and not release by Nobroker

I registered my flat on NoBroker for fiding a tenant without brokerage. For * months there was no response or interested people. I decided to go for paid membership. I was offered some priviledge plan. I paid approx **** for the plan and only then I started getting interested people.
I was not shared their details, it was handled by RM but my right to know who was approaching was not honoured. When the tenant was found, Nobroker said that they will keep * month's rent equivalent deposit with them which was about *****. I said no and I withdrawn from the plan. I had already paid them approx **** for their services.
But they took token money of Rs **** from my tenant to Nobroker's account. This was on ** October ** and since then I have been calling them dozens of times, spoken with various people but they haven't paid my Rs **** to me. NoBroker now cheats in different way, you will never receive interested tenant without taking paid plan and paid plan is almost */* of my rent amount, for others it could be more amount which is technically brokerage. moreover they keep money which is not theirs and do not have any right to keep.
