Jio fiber - Renewal without consent

Dear Team,

I took connection of Jio Fiber in November month **** where I took plan of * months and the representative told me that I will get a call at the time of renewal if I want to close or take new plan or which plan to continue.
I have a complaint that no person approached me for renewal and without my consent my plan renewed and I got bill attached:

Kindly raise my complaint as I don’t want to continue this connection and also reverse my amount as you people renew plan without my consent.
Nobody asked me if I take prepaid plan or which plan to continue where at the time of taking connection representative confirmed me for this.
Kindly reverse my money that I got bill for the month may ****.
Else I will escalate this matter to higher authorities and also raise this concern to consumer court for cheating with me by fake commitment by Jio Fiber team.
