Recently (on **-**-****) I relocated my d*h connection and paid Rs. ***/- by cash to service engineer. But yesterday In my d*h account (id:********) the services stopped and I received an error message that "You have insufficient balance" while yesterday (**-**-****) I recharged my A/c with Rs. ***/-. When I contacted the CC representative then he replied that your A/c debited for relocation charges. So please check that why my A/c debited again for relocation charges while I already paid to service engineer Rs. ***/- by cash.
