I have relocated from * street away in same area..*days back informed about recolaction..after **+ call yesterday at * pm they have installed and told with in *hour I will get internet connection..but nothing happens again on **th I called simply disconnecting the call...in current situation all are working from home so without net no one can work..my job is on escalation..as I have taken * days leave for this issue.. company not accepting this reason..now my job is under danger..in this time without job what to do because of the wrost service of Hathway..no proper guidelines..they teached to say lie..discounting call..no one takes responsibility..no one willing to solve the issue..I want this to escalate to Hathway top level..or I want to file case anyone can take this case
