I have ordered Real me *s mobile with Order No:
RDF********. After few days without my consent they have cancelled my order mentioning as there is no stock available.
If stock is not available then how can you take orders online?
While ordering I utilized my YES Bank credit card and got a discount of RS. *,***/- which is eligible only one time. So this will be a loss to me if you guys cancel my order.
Without getting my oral or email confirmation, how can you cancel the order?
No response from higher authorities even after escalating this issue to cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com & BM.Bade@ril.com
Please deliver the product ordered.
