Bought lloyd AC from reliance digital on *-**-**** for Rs***** as a festive offer first day itself i found some scratches on the indoor unit and thought they were selling defective goods in the name of festive offer i have raised a complaint against that they said they will change the scratch part i said no change the total piece bcoz it was defective one they didn't agreed and after * days of usage the Ac stops working so now i confirmed this was a purely defective one and asked them to replace or refund but didn't get proper response instead of that they use to say we will repair that i was shocked and ask dont you feel shame to tell like that bcoz how could you repair a new AC instead of replacing do you think customers are dumb and will accept it . due to wrong decision of buying at relinace digital i have wasted *****rs. Now i just want a refund from them please help me out VOXYA
