RAJU VIMAL filed complaint against Air India Express on Mar 26, 2021
Respected Sir,
I booked a ticket in Air India Express Airline from Lucknow to Muscat with a confirmation number SZTPHX for Raju Vimal for *th March ****. The Airline staff at Lucknow airport denied my and some other passengers RT-PCR Report approved by ICMR ACCREDITED LABORATORY. They gave me no reason for rejection.They dont even have any such circular on there website, neither they have informed me regarding this. Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute,Lucknow was the laboratory from where I received my RT-PCR Report and it is included as a ICMR approved Lab. I downloaded my report from Govt of Uttar Pradesh website with Case ID UNNN**********
and Sample ID ********. Please look into the matter as no public greivence helpline number was picking up my call whether it be AAI or Air India Express. I am attaching the documents needed.
I along with other passengers were not allowed to board and unfortunately we missed our flight.It is mentally pressurising issue as my VISA expired on **nd of March .
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
