I had cancelled a ticket with air India express within ** hours of booking it and the flight was scheduled ** days later from the day of cancellation. I was supposed to get full refund as per DGCA rule... But have received only partial amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
