I had book the hotel Mansingh Tower for stay at Jaipur on **th Sept'**. for which i have paid the amount of Rs. **,***/-. but at the time of check in i was denied by the Hotel as the Hotel was under Renovation froms last * years. After this when i contacted the Customer care they provided me the option for Hotel Mandawa Haveli which was not suited for me hence i have denied, then they gave me the second option of Hotel Radisson which is exactly near my booked hotel but during the booking they could not processed as they told them that hotel is full (customer executive name : Sahil). Hence when they couldn't find me the suitable stay near to my earlier booked hotel for the amount i have paid they told me to search and book at your own level and they will reimburse the amount of Rs. ****/- for which i did not give any confirmation. Therefore they left me stranded in the unknown City and under the scorching heat and along with my * months old son, wife and parents.
After that i have booked the hotel Radisson on my own and paid the amount of Rs. **,***/-.
After checkout and reaching back my hometown jodhpur, i have shared the invoice with them and asked for the refund of my booking amount Rs. **,***/- along with additional Rs. **,***/- which i have to bear for the last minute booking due to negligence of Goibibo as they listed the hotel on their website which is underm renovation from * years.
Post that i have done the followup of *nd October'****, on that day i have received the confirmation of refund and reimbusement from the (customer care Rep. : Chhavi Gupta).
since then, i have made the several followup over the phone and mail, but i am yet to receive the amount of Rs. **,***/-.
