This is the second time in two days that payment for my swiggy order was deducted from my account and the order was not placed. This is not the first time this has happened. It's been happening for a long time and the customer service chat always has the same answer.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
