I am writing to you in connection with the flight ( *w *** ) which I was booked onto on **th Jan ****. The flight was supposed to depart from Kolkata to Dehradun on **th April ****. Under DGCA ACT for flight cancellation, they should inform us at least * weeks before. But they informed us before ** hrs in the night when we arrive at the airport. We also reached with our infant but they denied any alternative flight and we have to take Air India flight so extra **k loss as prices were high.
I am entitled to the sum of at least *****/- compensation because they also cancelled my return flights and prices from Dehradun to Kolkata is very high. So kindly refund the compensation into my saving bank account.
