Upstox - Registeration of fake email id at Upstox trading account

My self Nishit
The person Named "Gaurav" from Tamilnadu has wrongly registered my email at your broker office. He allegedly used my email id for his fake account.

I don't owned this and any account with upstox it is fake account and I don't want my email to be used by another fake party or person so delete my mail from this account. I don't have any details for his personal account like user id and password.
Also I don't want to receive further mails from Upstox, NSE or BSE for his name.
Upstox suggested to unsubscribe from NSE message. If I do so then how can I get my broker mails for my demat account. I can't do that tHey can update on their behalf in upstox data and also inform to NSE to delete my email from upstox trader data in the above said person.
They let an another person to enter my email id without any verification. So I verify this is my email id not the person called Gaurav.

I am mailing this issue since last * years to upstox care but didn't get any satisfied result. Hope you can help.me for this.
