Ajinkya chavan filed complaint against Ola Cab on Mar 16, 2021
Hi Team,
My mom was traveling to pune airport. And i had choose phone pe option to pay.Driver informed that he is seeing cash of *** excluding toll fee. So my mom paid *** including toll fee to him through google pay as below screen shoot.
And in my ola app payment is still showing pending of amount *** inr. And driver is deining that he has not received amount through Google pay.
Ola team connected with driver and driver is saying he has not received any payment. But i have proof that money is sent to his account. Ola is not able to help out. So i wanted to raise complaint against them and driver
