I had been on a vacation to the Maldives and tried calling up on *** for international roaming pack activation before going on vacation. However, it was not getting connected (Call Failed). Hence, I have used my Airtel app -> Assistant service for knowing more information on it.
I got the pack activated on it and had no clue about the charges expect stating ***/- per month. Now, I see that my services are barred due to wrongly charged international roaming charges. If the app is buggy and not informative customers are not be blamed or made to suffer. Nowhere in the app, it was mentioned about the charges and now Airtel comes with unrealistic charges are not acceptable. (Screenshot attached)
Can you please look into this?
