We booked Ola cab first time. The driver did not pick the call and we charged Rs. **. The second time we booked the cab than the driver confirmed our booking after waiting. If ** mins driver denied we again paid Rs ** as cancellation charges. We face this problem several times and we call the head office of Ola but nobody picks the call. Please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
