TANUJ SINGHAL filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 19, 2019
My organization (Indian Oil) gave me a gift card of Rs ****/- which I added in my wallet in AUG **** with expiry on **.**.****. On **.**.****, I tried to order a hard-disk via my wallet money, but during payment option, phone-pe wallet money was showing zero and there was no EGV option either (snapshots attached).
I discussed this issue with their customer care executives and customer grievance officer but no satisfactory solution was provided. Finally, they told me that your card has expired and we cannot help you.
It is requested to kindly intervene in the matter and protect the interest of your customer.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
