I have booked the flight ticket on **th of April ****. Unfortunately ticket not confirmed but amount was debited from my account and has been credited to beneficiary (ixigo) account. But it has bot been refunded till now. Many times I reached out to Ixigo customer service but no luck. My issue still not yet resolved. No one taking responsibility from ixigo side to get it resolved. Literally I have faced worst service from them. Do they know what are the resolution steps need to take such kind of refund issues. I suggested them to check this transaction with payment gateway but they are not considering customers request and all are doing just time pass. I can provide the names who are not doing thier job proactively. But I can't tell you the names. Because I don't want to get them fired. I would like to raise the serious complaint against the ixigo company and because of the ixigo I lost my valuable time and money as well. I am also ready to file a case in supreme court against this company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
