Hp - Regarding shut down of laptop

I brought new hp envy *** laptop before ** days.
I face problem in shutdown of laptop.it is taking * hours to shutdown and till counting.no keys of on off or keyboard are working for same issues.this is the worst phase i have facing with HP laptop.kindly do solve this issue or bring back your laptop free.
