I had booked one room through the app on **th April. My booking id is DAYB****. As it is prepaid the property manager denied my check-in as they said they have already ended the contract. When I escalated this issue with their team. They said like they will arrange other property without an extra charge. They just kept me in calling line for * hrs without any alternative suggestions or help. Later on, when I escalated this issue on social media they said will refund my money within *-** working days. But after ** working days also they didn't refund my money. They stop replying my mail and even customer executive also not responding.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
