I have booked bus from Delhi to gorakhpur for ** oct but on ** I recieved message from bus operator that bus has been cancelled from their side and has even talked to bus operator twice and they confirmed bus has been cancelled. But after mailing and talking to customer associate of Goibibo they are not able to initiate a refund and every time they asked for another ** hour. I am PSB banker and this has costed me mental agony and stress and even I had training in Delhi but now sudden cancellation has let me in despair and after getting in touch with CA of Goibibo they had done nothing other than asking for another ** hr. Please help me
