I have scheduled cab on dec ** **.**am for airport from goibibo.com and paid **** INR but drivers keep changing and all are asking for direct payment not through goibibo, finally driver -Amit kumar came and asked me to pay otherwise can't go
I called Goibibo that I am waiting my time and getting harrass, please cancel and refund the booking as I am getting late for airport ,booking another cab and disconnected call
After *hour to my surprised they charged me for no show whole amount just a scam, since then my registered number not able to connect to Goibibo support
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
