I bought two tickets from Delhi to Madurai on ** April from Travolook and both got cancelled as they told due to operational problem and they told it will get refunded in ** to ** days (apart from holidays) then after a month I mailed them five times and also so called three times there was no proper response in mail and also in call while the conversation is running they keep the phone and it's going to be * months after * days .. and whenever I call them they tell that it's in process and you will get refund in * to * days which I didn't and it was my hard earned money due to this my account is in low balance and so i boight tickets in train due to emergency ... I have all the proof Half Ticket the amount call recording and mail I request you to please get back my refund as soon as possible
