Hi
I have booked a flight ticket from travolook on **.**.****
The ticket has been cancelled by travolook end due to operational issues
An executive called me and said
Refund has been initiated by our end and refund in your source account in between *-** days
But no refund received in given time
Then I have mailed to travolook on given email ID
But only response came that refund will be in your account in **-** working days
But nothing received
Then I have called to given support contact number of travolook ***********
But everytime every single executive said
Refund has been initiated by our end and reflect in your account in between *-* days
But My money is not refunded me yet
As it has already ** day's gone
I have told them that Kindly provide me the reference ID with which the refund has been initiated
Please provide me that
So that I can check the status of my money
But nothing received yet
