My TRIP ID was ************ and journey date was **/**/**** from chennai to agartala, We were three passengers. Ticket Numbers are *************, ************* and *************. Total amount of Rs.****/-was paid to clertrip. The flight was cancelled by the airlines i.e Air India due to spread of Covid **, but till date the amount has not refunded by the cleartrip. Several time I contacted with them. Customer care executive of Air India stated me that the amount has already refunded to cleartrip.
