I order a bodysuit from Zivame and made a return request on *th January **** and product got picked up on *th January **** since then I haven’t received any refund. Have been trying to contact the team and their customer service is shit and very rude. Everytime I connect to them the same answer I get wait for * to * days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
