Dear team,
I booked a travel from Kurukshetra to rishikesh via red bus (Rao Sahab Travels) booking and at the moment red bus driver called me that the route of tha bus is changed and i have to visit to Ambala or Yamunanagar to reach the destination but we cannot visit there as it's around **-**km from our hometown and i said him to cancel the booking but he refused to do it and to connect the red bus helpdesk. Now please cancel my booking and refund my money as it's cancelled on your end and i booked the bus from Kurukshetra not from Ambala or Yamunanagar so why i travel there.
