PLANET SPARK - Regarding policy closing and Two months compensation
SHASHI filed complaint against PLANET SPARK on May 30, 2023
I have enrolled my child in planet spark last year and they assured us that we can withdraw our child any time. And we did not like their services and I have withdrawn my child and told one of their reprentative to close our account.We do not have so much knowledge about their procedure and even they did not tell us how to close a ccount. They took advantage of that and still deducting money from our account as they took auto debit sign regarding my account .Due to that I even cannot close my account without their no dues certificates. Inspite of so many requests and emails they are not closing our account and not providing us any certificate. Even they are forcing us to continue which we do not want. They are showing mu child attendence and my child is not taking any class from last seven months. PLEASE HELP ME in getting close my account and two months refund.
