Jio Fiber Reliance Jio - Regarding not picking the jio fiber device

As per the terms of condition of jio fiber ,if any one want to discontinue the service of jio fiber, one can mail the issue/reason to jio fiber and within * working days their employee collect the device and refund of security money is initiated. in the same case i requested to jio fiber on **th April **** , that i have been transferred to Jammu region hence please collect the device and refund my security deposit in stipulated time , but after a gap of almost * and half months they have not done any thing , neither their engineer visited to me for the collection of device not the initiation of security deposit started, I have personally contacted multiple of times , send multiple of emails but instead of that they are just busy in trying to make fool to their customers, His appellate authority RAJESH SHARMA, Field Staff Anurag verma are very incompetent and very pathetic to linger on the work. hence it is requested to competent authority that kindly look in to the matter and penalize.
