Naim filed complaint against Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited on Oct 4, 2019
I have purchased a mobile asus zenfone lite L* from flipkart last year and alongwith this phone I purchased flipkart mobile complete protection plan for one year. That now on dated **th September my mobile screen got broken so I raised a claim against my mobile insurance plan for repairing my mobile phone. And according to insurance policy I have registered my claim by dialling Jeeves customer care number *********** and according to proceed they have registered my claim and as per process they had sent a link for paying *** rupees and I have paid the same amount to them and after they scheduled a pick-up request for mobile through BlueDart courier on **th September. But on *st October I have received a call from BlueDart that your pick request has been cancelled by company i.e Jeeves f*infosolutions. And since then I have called many a times to them to reschedule a pick up of my phone but they are saying to wait ** hrs or ** hrs on every call.
So I request you to take action against such online company and my phone should be repaired as soon as possible or either my amount of RS. *** will be refunded to me.
