I have booked business class ticket from amd to del and del to chicago ticket. I was travelling with my parents who are **+. At delhi they first took me out from the aircraft by saying my mother have low bp and then harassed me for *hrs at airport they snatched our Passport and boarding passes and didnt gave me my baggage for *hrs. And didnt cooperate at all. Now i checked they showing me no show and asking me to pay penalty and no show charges. I have wrote emails and made calls they dont respond. Just say me to apply refund via travel agency. I am asking again and again why they showing me no show. They doing nothing. Really pathetic services!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
