Cleartrip - Regarding full refund on delay of the flight

I have booked a flight from cleartrip of spicejet from hyderabad to Shivamogga on **th december ****. The flight got delayed for almost *** minutes and I have received a mail from spicejet that I am eligible for full refund so I cancelled the flight and infact it showed me more than the refund amount but after the cancellation even after ** days the amount was not credited so I complained to spicejet and they said they have paid the amount to cleartrip and after calling cleartrip they said that some sort of amount will be deducted .Firstly the cleartrip dosent send any mail regarding the cancelation or delay of flight and the charges will be cut etc and after cancellation they say your amount will be deducted infact giving the compensation because of the delay of flight they cut infact cut more charges. So I kindly request that my money gets refunded with compensatiom
