Spicejet Air Line - Regarding flight change waiver due to prepone of flight from airline side

I have booked my flight from Srinagar to Delhi on *st Jan ** at **am but the airline has rescheduled the flight and preponed it to *:** am. Due to some timing issue I am requesting the airline to change my flight to later timing at **:** AM but they are saying that I have to pay flight change amount and additional service fee to do the same. Since the reschedule is from airline side, I want the waiver for.the change fee and wanted to get booking in **:** AM flight from Srinagar to Delhi on *st January **.
