Individual - Regarding Eye Surgery

Hi,
This is in continuation of the Complaint which was filed dated **th May-****, Complaint Id ******.
The resolution of the Complaint marked to be resolved.
But would reiterate here the later consequences of the Eye Surgery or operation.
As explained in previous Complaint there was issue in fixing the lense in left eye of Mr.Bheemaraja by the Minto Hosital concerned staff and on **th May again he took for the *nd time operation for the same eye for fixing the lense issues. Now it is *rd week from the date of re-operation and below are the consequences of the reoperation.
(*)The pain in the Left seems to be high even after consuming the prescribed medicine and eye drops in the last *weeks
(*)It has become difficult to rotate the eye balls
(*)The light rays seems like an headlight of the vehicle to the left eye (like how we feel looking at the headlight of an vehicle at night)

Here the concern to be noted is as below
(a)Eye is an very important Organ of every Human being, why such negligence during Operation process by the Government Hospital officials?
(b)Patients do undergo operation to get cured not to get the disorders or side-effects.
(c)The Physical and the Mental strain what the Patient is undergoing due to this will impact on his day today activities.
(d)The service of Hospital seems to be dissatisfied and concerned officials are responsible for the disorders what the Patient has got after operation process.

Request you to highlight this to the higher officials of the Hospital to take appropriate action so that the patient or individual should not suffer from such Mental, physical strain and agony.
Request proper prescription by the concerned Hospital officials to come out of the effects of the operation.
