Shashikala filed complaint against Individual on May 4, 2022
Mr.Bheemaraja an individual had admitted to Minto Hosital for left Eye surgery and got operated on **h April- ****.
Later when went for test on **nd May it was disclosed by the Doctors that, the lense was not fixed properly inside the eye.
As a result of the operation he is not able to open his omplete left eye properly now and shadow of the object reflects along with the object to his eye sight.
Request you to look in to the negligence made by the concerned officials during the operation and if anything goes wrong to his eye sight during reoperation process or in future the concerned should be held liable or responsible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
