Y-Axis - Regarding education overseas

I am writing this to let you know about the fraud I faced with Y-axis consultancy. I approached y-axis consultancy to pursue my masters abroad. Upon discussing with them, they've asked me to make a payment of ***** rupees for the entire process which includes course suggestion, SOP, counselling on course selection, application filing, visa processing etc.
The payment was made in the month of May **** and it's already July now and there is no response from their end after taking the money they are very negligent and playing with students hard-earned money. Upon working hard I even scored decent marks in IELTS yet they failed to help me. Firstly I was interested in one college and then I had requested my consultant to file an application for the same but did not respond back for many days. When I contacted the college myself I got to know the college had already closed application for international students after which my consultant reverted back telling it was closed. They never respond and reply back and also they have student counsellors who lack knowledge about courses and colleges and they do not have any idea how education system work.
I clearly told them about the course I'm interested to pursue in and was exclusively looking for colleges which provides courses for * years duration and till date they never provided me with any such information neither helped me in filing an application to not even a single college as per my requirements. They operate remotely from Hyderabad since am based in Bangalore and I cannot reach out to them in person they are taking this as an advantage and whenever I visit Bangalore office they say everything happens from Hyderabad. They are literally playing with students life. After escalating the issue many times they changed my counsellor promising I will have timely responses and convinced me to continue with them. Somehow I agreed and it's been a month now after that yet again the same thing is repeating. I have attached the screenshots of emails where you can find the proof of me requesting them and begging them every time to revert back. You had to tell them the application date and details even then they failed.
I have also escalated the same issue to their team leads and managers several times they all agree I have been cheated but they do not respond. When asked for a refund, they promised they will initiate the refund process within ** hours. But again it's been more than a week and there is no response again. Now after knowing they are fraudsters I myself applied to couple of colleges and I and I have already got the offer letter as well. These y-axis people looted the hard-earned money I paid with a lot of difficulty like any other student would spend on her dreams. I am hoping at least you guys will come to my rescue as I do not know who else to contact as I am new to Bangalore. Upon knowing that I am cheated and my only hope now is VOXYA and I kindly request you to look into this issue and help me so that other students won't be cheated like me.
