Arshad Ali filed complaint against Kurlon on May 13, 2019
I have purchased a set of Kurlon mattress from a local distributor of Kurlon i.e. Mahavar furnishing mob no. ********** on **/**/**. After some days we noticed that there is some difference in the thickness of the mattress. Then we approached to local distributor he told that I will not be able to replace, first, you have to lodge a complaint on customer care no. *********** of Kurlon. Then we lodge a complaint on **/**/**** having complaint no. ******. Then on **/**/**** local technician of Kurlon Mr Manish mob no. ********** visited to check the mattress. After inspection, he told that there is a difference in thickness and I will give my report and your mattress will get replaced within a week. Today on **/**/**** I again called to customer care then they told that technician to give a report that mattress not eligible for replacement. This is very pathetic and nobody listening to my complaint. Please help urgently.
