I had bought a kurlon matress on **/**/****...frm sheela foam centre , chas road , bokaro .... after few months it shows a sign of swagging then i lodge a complain for it in the month of july ....then technician of kurlon visit to my house ** days later after complain ...he tells us that there is a swaagging of more than *.* cm and also says that the product has been replaced soon ..... but the higher official of kurlon replied that i had folded the matress manually ..... rubbish reply ..... technician name deepak .... contact no **********...... but now each one blaming other for solution ...... so i want to lodge a complain for that ,,,,, for i was suffering from * months
