Luffy filed complaint against Kurlon on Apr 5, 2018
It's been more than two weeks since I placed my order on their website, yet my order has not been processed. I tried contacting their customer support through mail but no response. Their webpage shows that my payment has not been confirmed. But I know that the payment has been successful from my end and I have proof for that in my bank statement.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
