Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: credit shell
The issue that I have experienced was: I have booked my flight through Goibibo in July. it was cancelled due to Covid. now i am not able to book my flight using my credit shell amount. they are trying to cheat the customers.
It occurred on: */**/****
they have money blocked.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
