I booked bus from make my trip for khanapur sangli to Mumbai on **nd may. I am reached at location for bus travels but travels person said that ticket was not booked due to technical issue so I have not received any msg, call regarding the cancellation of ticket. I have called makemy trip agent regarding the same for cancellation of ticket they said refund will be initiated within ** hrs but i have not received any refund till date . Today is *th June now Sanuprasad person said that within ** hrs resolution will be solve. I want my refund amount **** and mentally harrasment compensation **** total **** rs i want from Make my trip
