I enrolled my son on byjus at nov ** and i received product on * dec after went some classes we are not satisfied, hence I sent a mail to cancellation@byjus.com about the cancellation and received a mail from support team my cancellation under process. But today i received call they said sent cancellation mail incorrect mail id that's cancellation@byjus.com and not refund the money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
