I booked bus ticket for my wife from hyderabad to banglore on **th through make my trip and the bus in the middle of the night started to get smoke due to burn of the cable and the bus got stoped in the middle of the night. There is no response from the bus Operator regarding any thing and leaving ladies in the middle of the night.
I complained to make my trip resolution team but with out any response they just closed the case not even a call back.

Again I book bus ticket from banglore to sirsi on * june this also same the bus got repair and stoped there is no response from oparator and again i complained in the complained to trip resolution team but again they closed the case without any comment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
