I am being chased to pay amount of Rs ***/- for a ride taken on **th July,**** at **.**pm from khadakpada,Kalyan to Ulhasnagar *. This was a auto cashless ride. The driver was really rude. At start of the ride I handed over Rs***/- note to driver as I was holding *years old baby girl and luggage. I stopped ride in middle because driver was rigid to take safe road and my husband pick me from middle. And he returned me my balance amount i.e ***. And immediately next morning I dropped the complaint via email to ola customer care. Now when I used the app again after few days I saw that I have dues then i complaint but ola customer is not agreeing driver fault
