Bharat Matrimony - Regarding Assisted Service

I was registered * month pack in bharat matrimony application for marriage purposes,
One of the executive approached me after the registration for assisted services for better alliances.
They asked me Rs ***** more for this assisted service basis on condition
If me not satisfied the assisted service the amount will be refunded
I’m not satisfied with the assisted service and I told them to cancel my service and get me my refund on the next day of the activation started
But the amount was not returned till now
The organisation puzzling me about ** days for the refund
Please take an action against the complaint & get me back my paid amount from the Organisation
