Bharat Matrimony - refund is not being made
r n s g rao filed complaint against Bharat Matrimony on Mar 23, 2022
I have made a payment of rs. *****/- on *.*.**. I was advised to make another payment of *****/- and it was confirmed to me by email that rs. *****/- paid earlier would be refunded in * working days. But in-spite of repeated requests to the concerned the refund was not made till date.

Dear sir,
As discussed, We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused, we reconfirm to inform you that the Discounted offer (Rs: *****) for Assisted services * months has expired on *nd March ****.
If any amount deducted in this case after *rd March **** will be refunded to the same account.
Hence request you to complete the payment with the same amount through NEFT/IMPS.
