Bharat Matrimony - unable to fulfill the promised service and not issuing refund also

I have purchased a subscription plan from Telugu matrimony on *th Oct. During the conversation with the sales on recorded call, he promised me to provide add ons of Profile highlighter of ** days in combo plan on both Telugu and Padmasalia matrimony. However, this package was not activated in Telugu matrimony. I have raised a complaint regarding the same on *th Oct with ticket no - ******. i have contacted them close to *-* times. Empty promises no concrete action. Everything is recorded in my phone and in mails. I am frustrated with their service I wanted a refund of my money as they are mentally torturing and not fulfilling the commitment.
