I had ordered * shirts for a family function on **rd September ****. Received the shirts on **th September. Got busy with my function.
Selected * shirts. Would have selected * but the size was smaller than ordered. They have a return window of * days from the delivery date. So this comes return validity till *th of October. I got busy with my function and attending guests so I contacted them on *th of October. Didn’t got any reply and the number given on their portal (**********) was switched off. They replied the next day and sent me a link for the returns which was showing that return window closed which was obvious. And now they are saying they cannot do anything about this as the time period to return is over and you should have returned it through portal whereas their portal clearly mentions to contact on the above mentioned number in case of return through WhatsApp which I did and have proofs of everything. They also said that why did you raised the return request on last day and why not before. I was like what kind of response is this. If you guys have given a * day return window then how does it matter if it’s *st or last day to return. Just lame excuses and now they are refusing to take back the shirts. These guys are fraud. Don’t ever order anything from them are no ethics of how to deal with customers.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
