Foomer - Refund not issued

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Foomer’s complete lack of accountability regarding my refund for Order #******. Despite following their so-called “Easy Return Policy,” I have not received any refund or communication from their team, even after several weeks. My order was placed on October *th, received on October **th, and returned on October **th, with Foomer confirming receipt on October **th. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to reach their customer service through calls, emails, and Instagram, but every effort has been completely ignored. This is no longer just about the refund—it’s about the lack of respect for customers and the disregard for their own policies. Such silence and negligence are unacceptable. Foomer, it’s time to take responsibility, process my refund, and communicate with your customers.
